At Hookset, every rod is built with precision and care. Because many of our products are custom-built or assembled by hand, shipping times may vary depending on the product and order volume.
Order Processing
All in-stock products are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Custom rods and made-to-order products require additional build time. Current estimated build times are:
Custom Summer Series Rods: 2–4 weeks
Ice Rods (if built to order): 1–2 weeks
Once your order is completed and ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

The carrier used will depend on package size, destination, and the safest option for shipping fishing rods.

Shipping Costs

Fishing rods require protective tube packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package until delivery.
Damaged Packages
Hookset rods are packaged carefully to prevent damage during shipping. If your package arrives damaged:
Take photos of the package and contents immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
